That was the emphasis of Senior Lieutenant General Trinh Van Quyet - Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Director of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army, Head of Inspection Delegation No. 1355 of the Secretariat at the working session with the Standing Committee of the Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee on the results of the implementation of Conclusion No. 21 dated October 25, 2021 of the Party Central Committee on promoting Party building and rectification and the political system; resolutely preventing, repelling, and strictly handling cadres and party members who have degraded in political ideology, ethics, lifestyle, and manifestations of "self-evolution" and "self-transformation" on the morning of September 25.

Speaking at the meeting, Senior Lieutenant General Trinh Van Quyet emphasized: The goal of Conclusion No. 21 is to promote the work of Party and political system rectification to improve the leadership capacity, governing capacity, and fighting strength of the Party; the effectiveness and efficiency of State operations; innovate the content and methods and improve the quality and efficiency of operations of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and political and social organizations. In addition, resolutely fight against individualism; prevent, repel, and strictly handle cadres and Party members who have degraded political ideology, ethics, lifestyle, and manifestations of "self-evolution" and "self-transformation".

The Secretary of the Party Central Committee and Director of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army also said: The inspection is a regular and periodic task according to the annual plan of the Politburo and the Secretariat for Party Committees and Party committees directly under the Central Committee. On behalf of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Provincial Party Committee Secretary Nguyen Hoai Anh thanked the Politburo, the Central Party Secretariat and members of the inspection delegation for their attention to Binh Thuan province in the process of deploying and implementing the Central Party's directives, resolutions and conclusions. Especially in implementing Conclusion No. 21 of the 13th Party Central Committee. The Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee will conduct self-inspection and prepare a report according to the outline to send to the Inspection Delegation as prescribed.
