On April 1, the provincial delegation led by comrade Trinh Viet Hung, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee inspected the progress of the Glory Golf Course project in Thanh Cong commune, Pho Yen city. The delegation included members of the Standing Committee, leaders of the Provincial Party Committee, the National Assembly Delegation, the People's Council, the Provincial People's Committee and a number of related departments, branches and sectors.

The project is invested by MDA GNC Korea Co., Ltd., approved by the province on June 5, 2023 with an area of nearly 54 hectares. The total investment is nearly 388 billion VND (more than 16 million USD), with a scale of 18 holes, along with the Club Management tourist area and auxiliary works.
Up to now, the project has cleared nearly 45 hectares of land, and is expected to complete the grass planting by October 2024, and the field can be put into testing by March 2025. Currently, the project has over 9.5 hectares of land that has not been allocated. For the area allocated to the project, the company has mobilized enough human and material resources to carry out construction to ensure progress.
After inspecting the construction site, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee acknowledged and commended the efforts of departments, branches, localities, and contractors of the project, and affirmed that this is a project with great impact on the socio -economic development of the province as well as the locality. Therefore, the People's Committee of Pho Yen city and Thanh Cong commune need to continue to propagate and mobilize people to agree to implement the project; continue to speed up the progress of site clearance and land valuation; Assign Pho Yen city to coordinate with the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development to study and develop agricultural and tourism values for Suoi Lanh Lake.
For investors, the Chairman requested that during the construction process, they maintain close relationships with local authorities and people, ensuring proper implementation of progress and legal regulations in project implementation./.
