Food safety inspection in Duong Minh Chau district

On May 30, the interdisciplinary inspection team chaired by the Tay Ninh Department of Industry and Trade continued to inspect the compliance with food safety regulations in Duong Minh Chau district.

The team made a surprise inspection at Kim Phuong Business Household, located at Group 18, Binh Linh Hamlet, Cha La Commune; Bao Han Business Household, located at Thuan Hoa Hamlet, Truong Mit Commune.

The inspection focuses on factors such as storage conditions, labels, origin of goods, expiry date, etc., along with visual inspection of product quality. The team also compares invoices, import documents, and actual selling prices with market prices to promptly detect counterfeit and poor quality goods.

Through actual inspection, the facilities basically met the legal regulations on food business conditions, and no products were found on the list of fake milk that had been warned by authorities.

At the end of the inspection, the delegation acknowledged the good compliance of the establishments in food business activities. However, the delegation also requested that the owners of the establishments continue to improve their sense of responsibility and strictly implement food safety regulations, thereby contributing to protecting public health and consumer rights.
