Kinh Mon has the highest number of students admitted to the Party in the province.

In 2024, the Kinh Mon Town Party Committee admitted 196 new Party members, achieving 103% of the target set by the Provincial Party Committee and exceeding the target set by the Town Party Congress Resolution by 30.6%. Among them, 71 students were admitted to the Party, the highest number in the province.

From 2020-2024, the Kinh Mon Town Party Committee admitted 89 student party members. After admission, all of them passed the entrance exams to top universities, demonstrating the pioneering role of youth in the Party committees of universities.

To achieve these results, right from the beginning of the school year, the Party Committee's Organization Department advised the Standing Committee of the Kinh Mon Town Party Committee to establish working groups to directly work with the Party branches of high schools and the Vocational Education and Continuing Education Center to find positive individuals and ensure the conditions for training in political theory. They developed specific plans, creating a favorable basis for the school's Party branches to strengthen the work of recruiting and admitting eligible students.

The Party Committee of Kinh Mon town currently has 58 grassroots party organizations with 8,539 party members.

In 2024, the town's Party Committee had 11 Party organizations that excellently completed their tasks, accounting for 20.7%; and 2 Party organizations that did not complete their tasks, accounting for 3.4%.
