What did 'teacher' Huy Hoang say about the special swimming lesson?
“I am very happy to be able to contribute to the series of activities of the 2025 Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign Launch Ceremony organized by the Central Youth Union in Gia Lai. Being able to directly teach swimming to ethnic minority students, where there are still many difficulties, is a very meaningful thing for me. Through the class, I hope the children will grasp the basic skills to protect themselves in case of drowning. Although the weather this morning was rainy and cold, the children were very excited and practiced seriously,” athlete Nguyen Huy Hoang shared.

In addition to providing escape skills in case of emergency situations underwater, the class also creates a useful playground to help children practice physical exercise during the summer.
Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan, Principal of Ia Ka Primary School, highly appreciated this meaningful activity: "The swimming lesson taking place right at the beginning of the summer vacation is very timely and practical, helping to prevent unfortunate drowning accidents for students."
On this occasion, the Central Youth Union also presented 100 sets of swimming equipment to the school's students.
