The 24th session of Kien An District People's Council passed 3 Resolutions on contents in the field of public investment.

(Haiphong.gov.vn) - On the afternoon of May 28, the District People's Council, term V, 2021 - 2026, held its 25th session (a thematic session; reviewing and deciding on a number of contents in the field of public investment. Chairman of the District People's Council Nguyen Truong Son chaired the session. Attending the session was Chairman of the District People's Committee Bui Thi Tuyet Mai. Attending the session were leaders of the District People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, delegates of the District People's Council, leaders of relevant departments, offices and units of the district.

Delegates attending the session performed the flag salute ceremony.

Vice Chairman of the District People's Committee Pham Van Dien read the report on documents presented at the meeting.

At the meeting, the District People's Council discussed and agreed to stop the investment policy of 10 projects on land use rights auction and urban embellishment in the district; unanimously passed the Resolution to adjust and supplement (12th time) the District's medium-term public investment plan for the period 2021 - 2025; decided to adjust and supplement (3rd time) the District's public investment plan in 2025.

Speaking at the meeting, Chairman of the District People's Council Nguyen Truong Son emphasized : The approval and early implementation of the Resolution of the People's Council into life is very important because these are urgent and necessary decisions to effectively implement the Resolution of the 16th City Party Congress, Resolution of the 6th District Party Congress; contributing to urban beautification, attracting investment in the area, promoting the socio -economic development of the district.

With the determination to successfully implement the Resolution of the District People's Council, Chairman of the District People's Council Nguyen Truong Son requested the District People's Committee, immediately after the meeting, to focus on directing the implementation of the Resolution of the District People's Council; at the same time, effectively organize the implementation of the medium-term public investment plan for the period 2021 - 2025 and the adjusted and supplemented Public Investment Plan for 2025; complete the plan to disburse public investment capital for 2025. The Standing Committee of the District People's Council, the People's Council Committees, the District People's Council Delegation Groups and the District People's Council delegates continue to strengthen the supervision of the implementation of the District People's Council's resolutions, report to the District People's Council according to the provisions of law./.
