Closing ceremony of the National Defense and Security Knowledge Training Course for Cadres, Subject 3, Course 84, 2025

(Haiphong.gov.vn) - On the morning of May 30, at Regiment 836, the Hai Phong City National Defense and Security Education Council held the Closing Ceremony of the 84th National Defense and Security Knowledge Training Course in 2025 for 71 cadres in Subject 3. These are the Heads, Deputy Heads of Departments, Faculties, and Boards of Universities; City Departments, Branches, and Sectors; Enterprises; Hospitals and Vice Principals of High Schools in the area.

Attending the closing ceremony were Colonel Pham Hong Thuat - Deputy Commander, Chief of Staff of the City Military Command; representatives of the Hai Phong Border Guard Command; and leaders of departments, branches and sectors of the city.
