Accordingly, the Steering Committee approved the Department of Science and Technology to pilot the connection of data with the National Public Service Portal to implement the settlement of administrative procedures (TTHC) without boundaries from June 2025. During the implementation process, if there are any difficulties or problems, they must promptly report to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee (through the Office of the Provincial People's Committee) for consideration and direction of handling.
The Steering Committee assigned the Department of Science and Technology to ensure the technical infrastructure and shared information system of the province to meet the needs of connection and data sharing; coordinate with departments, branches and sectors to configure the administrative procedure settlement process to adjust the settlement authority to the People's Committee at the commune level (for administrative procedures under the settlement authority of the People's Committee at the district level) on the Provincial Administrative Procedure Settlement Information System to promptly deploy the 2-level local government from July 1; preside over and guide departments, branches and localities to promote transparency, digitalization, automation, application of artificial intelligence and big data in implementing administrative procedures and processes, especially establishment and dissolution of enterprises, land, planning, investment, construction, tax, customs, insurance, etc.

This conclusion announcement also clearly states a number of tasks that departments, branches, sectors, and People's Committees of districts and cities need to perform. In particular, it is necessary to deploy the construction of specialized databases, promote the digitization of records, results of administrative procedure settlement and issuance of electronic results, reuse data, ensure the goal that by 2025, 100% of administrative procedures related to enterprises will be performed online, smoothly, seamlessly, effectively, transparently, and minimize paperwork; review and propose administrative procedures to be implemented regardless of administrative boundaries within the provincial level.
Thoroughly grasp and seriously implement the use of digital signatures to handle daily work, ensuring that by June 30, 100% of leaders, cadres and civil servants must use digital signatures to handle work.
To promptly implement the two-level local government from July 1, the units proactively coordinate with the Departments and branches in Binh Phuoc province, unifying the process of handling administrative procedures for administrative procedures under the authority of the People's Committee at the district level to the commune level. This work must be completed and reported before June 5 through the Provincial People's Committee Office and the Department of Science and Technology.
