Speaking at the ceremony , Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Phuc said: The French -Vietnamese Center for Management Training (CFVG) was established in 1992 between the French and Vietnamese governments on the legal basis of Intergovernmental Agreements.

During its 32 years of operation, CFVG has always persevered and strived to achieve the goal as set out in the Agreement between the Government of Vietnam and the Government of France, which is “to contribute to the economic development of Vietnam through creative activities and dissemination of knowledge in the fields of management , business administration and supply chain management , especially high-quality international training and research programs”. CFVG has affirmed its leading position in the Vietnamese higher education market by taking the lead in developing new training programs that meet international quality and accreditation.

“The successes of CFVG over the past 32 years are a symbol of the success of the Vietnam-France relationship. In particular, during the official visit of General Secretary and President To Lam to France on October 7, 2024 , the two countries officially upgraded their relationship to a comprehensive strategic partnership . This is also the basis for strongly promoting educational cooperation between Vietnam and France. Although there is still much to do and many difficulties, if we persevere and have goodwill, we will achieve many good results,” Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Phuc emphasized.

The Deputy Minister hopes that CFVG will continue to develop strongly, constantly improve training quality and expand cooperation programs, so that the cooperative relationship between France and Vietnam will become deeper, bringing many opportunities for both sides.

Thanking Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Phuc and the Vietnamese Ministry of Education and Training for their support and promotion of the success of the signing ceremony, French Ambassador to Vietnam Olivier Brochet affirmed that the cooperation is not only a testament to the common commitment to education and economic development, but also symbolizes the lasting friendship and cooperation between France and Vietnam. The two countries are opening up innovative solutions and high-quality educational opportunities, meeting training requirements and promoting the implementation of the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership in the coming time.

At the ceremony, the two sides signed an agreement and believed that the new stage in development would lead to great achievements, further strengthening the relationship between the two countries and enriching the educational picture in Vietnam.
