Over the past 50 years, Dong Nai Rubber has grown and developed, becoming an important link in the global natural rubber supply chain, demonstrating the courage, intelligence and aspirations of generations of cadres and employees.
An important milestone was in 2009, when the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development transformed the operating model of Dong Nai Rubber Company into a Corporation under the Vietnam Rubber Industry Group, operating under the parent company - subsidiary model, opening an era of integration and development with solid strategic steps.
The Corporation has deployed a series of modern technical and technological solutions in production; applied science and technology in care, exploitation and processing.
In addition to Dong Nai, Dong Nai Rubber Corporation also invests and develops rubber in Lam Dong province and Laos and Cambodia. Up to now, the total area of rubber plantations in and outside the country of Dong Nai Rubber is 39.1 thousand hectares; 10 rubber plantations, 3 processing factories with a total capacity of 49 thousand tons/year; 7 subsidiaries operating in fields from planting, processing rubber, processing wood to investing in industrial park infrastructure.

In recognition of these great contributions, the Party and State awarded the corporation the title of Hero of the People's Armed Forces in 2005 and the title of Hero of Labor in the renovation period in 2007.
Speaking at the ceremony, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Tan Duc acknowledged the great achievements that Dong Nai Rubber has achieved over the past 50 years; contributing to the development of the locality as well as the Vietnamese rubber industry.
In the new development stage with many opportunities and challenges intertwined, the provincial leaders hope that the corporation will pay attention to researching, investing, developing deep-processed products, manufacturing rubber industrial products under the Dong Nai Rubber brand and being a strong brand of the province and the country. At the same time, promote scientific research, digital transformation, making Dong Nai Rubber a leading unit in digital transformation, contributing to improving the index and competitiveness of the locality.
