Typically, the project to renovate and build Dong Da apartment complex, with a total investment of more than 1,300 billion VND, on an area of ​​8,664m2 with a scale of 3 basements, 25 floors above ground and 669 apartments, when completed, will be a modern building to replace the old, degraded apartment buildings.

Therefore, the demolition and the start of investment in Dong Da apartment project will give this area a "new look", erasing the "dark patch" in Hue urban space. In addition to the basic projects that have been established, many new projects that have started construction in the first months of the year have also created a vibrant investment environment for Hue. One example is the Osaka Park House Hue housing project in An Van Duong New Urban Area, Xuan Phu Ward, which was recently granted an investment and construction license. The project is being implemented on an area of ​​4.33 hectares, with 86 plots of land with each plot ranging from 87.5 to 206 square meters. In phase 1, the project will implement all technical infrastructure, parks... and 71 townhouses with an area of ​​87.5 square meters - 110 square meters; each house is 4 stories high. In phase 2, the investor will continue to implement 15 townhouses, kindergartens and primary schools. Currently, the project is urgently constructing technical infrastructure, landscapes and building the first townhouses.

Mr. Chu Tien Dung, Director of DA Osaka Hue Co., Ltd., the investor of the Osaka Park House Hue housing project, said that the company is focusing on accelerating the progress of phase 1 and striving to complete it by the end of 2025. For phase 2, if the site clearance is favorable, the company will start construction in the third quarter of 2025. In addition, the company will also invest in 3 roads surrounding the Aranya apartment building (Xuan Phu ward) and the entire project to create a comfortable and modern living space for people in this area.

Along with that, many housing projects have also been gradually completed such as: B1-A commercial and service apartment building, An Cuu City shophouse; Pham Van Dong commercial and tourism service complex project with townhouses, villas, etc.

Data from the City Statistics Office shows that in the first quarter of 2025, development investment capital in the area increased by 7% over the same period, equivalent to VND 6,751 billion. Of which, state capital is estimated at VND 1,104 billion; foreign direct investment capital is estimated at VND 982 billion; non-state capital is estimated at VND 4,665 billion, accounting for 69.1% of total capital, up 25.1% over the same period. The sharp increase in non-state capital is mainly due to key projects that investors have focused on implementing quickly, such as: Investment project to build multi-purpose - container terminals No. 4 and No. 5 of Vsico Chan May port; Kim Long Motor Hue production and assembly complex project; Royal Park Hue project; B1-A commercial and service apartment building, An Cuu City shophouse; reconstruction of blocks A, B, C of Dong Da apartment building...

In addition, on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the City Liberation Day on March 26, many other large projects were also started, creating new momentum and strength in investment promotion activities in the area.
