Comrade Tong Thanh Hai, Permanent Vice Chairman of Lai Chau Provincial People's Committee attended and directed. Attending the exercise were representatives of leaders of departments, branches, sectors, and organizations; leaders of the Provincial Military Command, Public Security, and Provincial Border Guard; and leaders of districts and cities.

During the exercise, Regiment 880, Lai Chau Provincial Military Command successfully implemented the contents of phase 1 including: Alerting to change combat readiness status (SSCĐ) from regular to high, mobilizing to the evacuation area; receiving and implementing mobilization orders, perfecting organization, staffing and practicing the construction of a QNDB reception station in the evacuation area; organizing the reception of QNDB handed over by Sin Ho district, Lai Chau province and organizing additional training for QNDB forces. After completing the training, the unit continued to carry out the next phases such as organizing combat preparation and combat practice.

For Sin Ho district, the training was carried out in 3 issues: Deploying the steps to change the state of combat readiness in sequence from regular to high. The extraordinary meetings of the local Party Committee and government were carried out quickly, in order, and effectively in each stage. Regarding training issue 2, the District Military Party Committee concretized the resolution of the District Party Committee to issue policies and measures to lead and direct the implementation of the mobilization order; approved the plan to mobilize and receive the People's Armed Forces; mobilized and deployed the construction of the People's Armed Forces concentration station at the base.

Training issue 3, organizing the reception of the QNDB in communes, towns and districts, synchronously deploying the stages of stabilizing the organization and military professional level of officers and soldiers; issuing the call to assemble, receiving orders for 100% of the troops to be present on time and handing over the QNDB to Regiment 880, Lai Chau Provincial Military Command.

Officers of the Sin Ho District Military Command introduced the station's regulations to reserve soldiers.

Through the exercise, it has contributed to training and improving the organizational and command skills of commanders and agencies in organizing, preparing and practicing the mobilization, reception and operation of reserve military personnel gathering stations for transfer to units. At the same time, it is an opportunity for localities to continue to do a good job of reviewing and assigning QNDB to reserve mobilization units of districts, provinces and receiving units; meeting the requirements of the task of building and training reserve mobilization forces in the new situation.

On this occasion, Lai Chau Provincial Military Command awarded certificates of merit to 4 collectives and 11 individuals with outstanding achievements in the exercise.
