Sharing about the way to create dishes made from jelly, he revealed that he used a ready-made mold. He poured the jelly as usual, but had to calculate and choose the jelly color to resemble the real bitter melon soup stuffed with meat and braised pork.

"For the braised pork dish, I have to pour 3 layers of colored jelly into the mold to make it look like real meat on the outside. First is the layer of color from the braised pork skin, add a little dark cocoa powder when pouring the jelly. For the fat layer, I add coconut milk jelly and finally for the meat layer, I mix the cocoa color a little lighter," the young man shared how to make it.

After completing the steps of shaping and decorating the dish on the plate, making it look like real bitter melon soup stuffed with meat and braised pork, the young man decided to surprise his mother. "I scooped rice for my mother during the meal, and she didn't even know that this was fake bitter melon soup and braised pork," Bao Dang excitedly said.

When enjoying the dish, Mrs. Pham Thanh My (65 years old, Bao Dang's mother) discovered something unusual about the dish. He smiled and revealed the truth to his mother, which surprised her. After that, the mother and son had a happy meal together.
