(Haiphong.gov.vn) - On the occasion of the 70th anniversary of Hai Phong Liberation Day (May 13, 1955 - May 13, 2025) and the Red Flamboyant Festival - Hai Phong in 2025, on the morning of May 13, a delegation of leaders of the City Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city led by comrade Le Tien Chau, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the City Party Committee, Head of the Hai Phong National Assembly Delegation, came to offer incense to commemorate the heroic martyrs at the Monument of the city's heroic martyrs and the Monument of comrade Nguyen Duc Canh in the grounds of the Vietnam - Czechoslovakia Friendship Labor Cultural Palace.

In front of the heroic martyrs, the city's delegates vowed to follow in the footsteps of the previous generation, strive to overcome all difficulties, strive to fulfill assigned political tasks, and contribute to building Hai Phong city to be increasingly strong, civilized, and prosperous.
