Through inspection and understanding of the actual situation, Chairman of the People's Committee of O Dien Commune, Do Chi Hung, requested that units strengthen coordination and closely monitor the storm situation to promptly respond to situations that arise, not to be passive or surprised. In particular, closely follow the area, key points, proactively implement the "4 on-site" plan, evacuate people in areas directly affected; promote information, propaganda, warning, and raise awareness among people about proactively implementing storm prevention and control measures.

The Chairman of the People's Committee of O Dien commune also directly inspected Van Vy fishing village, talked, discussed, grasped the living situation, family circumstances, shared the difficulties and hardships of the people and noted the dangerous nature of storm No. 3, encouraged people to move to a safe place according to the direction of the government.

The Chairman of the People's Committee of O Dien commune requested the Steering Committee for Natural Disaster Prevention and Search and Rescue of the commune to absolutely not be subjective or negligent in directing the work of storm prevention and control, to closely monitor the storm's developments, update full information to promptly adjust appropriate response plans. The goal is to absolutely ensure safety of life and minimize damage to State and people's property.
