Lao Cai supports 5 billion VND to help Nghe An people overcome the consequences of storm No. 3

The Lao Cai Provincial Relief Mobilization Committee has issued a decision to allocate 5 billion VND from the province's relief fund to support the people of Nghe An province to overcome the consequences caused by storm No. 3 (Wipha).

Implementing the direction of the Provincial Party Standing Committee in Notice No. 15-TB/TU dated July 25, 2025 of the Lao Cai Provincial Party Standing Committee on supporting the people of Nghe An province affected by natural disasters. The Provincial Relief Mobilization Committee has issued a decision to allocate 5 billion VND from the province's relief fund to support the people of Nghe An province to overcome the consequences caused by storm No. 3 (Wipha).

The support money was transferred directly to the account of the Nghe An Provincial Relief Committee, at BIDV Bank - Nghe An Branch, to support people in the flood-hit areas to stabilize their lives and production. At the same time, the Lao Cai Provincial Working Group visited, encouraged and provided support at the Office of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee (VFF) in Nghe An Province.

The Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province is responsible for receiving, using and settling the funding sources in accordance with regulations, and at the same time reporting the disbursement results to the Relief Mobilization Committee of Lao Cai province.
