From August 1, Lao Cai will deploy 143 administrative procedures to implement administrative boundaries. This is one of the important information in the new Decision just issued by Lao Cai Provincial People's Committee.

Accordingly, people and businesses can submit their applications at any one-stop department in the province with administrative procedures in the following fields: business, cooperatives, quality management of agricultural, forestry and aquatic products, animal husbandry, veterinary medicine, plant protection, land, science and technology activities, quality measurement standards, vocational education , tourism, electronic information, sports, cultural heritage, etc.

To effectively implement, the Provincial People's Committee assigned departments, branches and sectors to preside over and coordinate with the Provincial Public Administration Service Center and the Commune People's Committees to restructure the administrative procedure process in receiving and handling administrative procedures regardless of administrative boundaries on the Provincial Administrative Procedure Information System and the National Public Service Portal.

The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Provincial Public Administration Service Center to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Science and Technology and Lao Cai Telecommunications to upgrade and complete the functions and technical features of the Provincial Administrative Procedure Information System. At the same time, preside over and coordinate with departments, branches, sectors, commune-level People's Committees, relevant agencies and units to deploy and guide cadres, civil servants and public employees at the one-stop shop to implement the process of receiving, processing and returning results of administrative procedure settlement regardless of administrative boundaries associated with the digitization of records, documents, results of administrative procedure settlement, etc.
