Consulting the community on the master plan for the construction project of Vinh Ngoc Primary School

Nha Trang City People's Committee has just sent a document to the Department of Economy, Infrastructure and Urban Areas, Vinh Ngoc Commune People's Committee and Nha Trang Construction Project Management Board to collect opinions from agencies, organizations, individuals and communities on the dossier of the Master Plan for the new construction project of Vinh Ngoc Primary School.

Accordingly, the City People's Committee assigned the Vinh Ngoc Commune People's Committee to post information about collecting community opinions on the above planning dossier and notify local people; organize the distribution of opinion forms to people; receive all comments from the community, make a specific list and send it to the Department of Economy , Infrastructure and Urban Areas before June 15.

According to the master plan, the planning research area belongs to the 1/2000 scale zoning plan adjustment project of Hon Nghe area, Vinh Ngoc commune, with a total area of ^{​​20,900m2} . The calculated scale of students studying at the school will be about 700 students with 20 classes; in the future, it is planned to increase to a maximum of 30 classes with 1,050 students; the school meets national standards level II. The project is expected to build the following construction items: Administrative management block (2 floors) with a total area of ​​over ^943m2 ; theoretical classroom block with 20 rooms (3 floors) with a total area of ​​over ^2,267m2 ; subject classroom block with 9 rooms (2 floors) with an area of ​​over ^842m2 ; multi-purpose building and kitchen (1 floor) with an area of ​​nearly ^777m2 .
