Tho Xuan District Labor Federation organizes many practical activities on the occasion of Workers' Month

Workers' Month and Month of Action on Occupational Safety and Health in 2025 have the theme "Vietnamese Workers Pioneering into the New Era" and "Strengthening the assessment, identification of risks and proactively implementing measures to ensure occupational safety and health at the workplace". During this year's Workers' Month, the Tho Xuan District Labor Federation focuses on disseminating, thoroughly understanding, studying and implementing documents related to the 2019 Labor Law and new points of the Trade Union Law in conjunction with disseminating new policies and laws related to the rights of union members and workers.

At the same time, promote activities to care for and protect the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers, especially workers in particularly difficult circumstances. At the same time, honor and commend outstanding workers in patriotic emulation movements... Implement the movement "Popular digital literacy among workers", helping workers and ordinary laborers access basic knowledge of digital technology.

At the launching ceremony, many collectives and individuals were commended by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Thanh Hoa Provincial Confederation of Labor and Tho Xuan District Confederation of Labor; 35 units were recognized as cultural standard agencies, units and enterprises for the 5-year period (2020-2024) and the 2-year period (2023-2024).

On this occasion, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor donated 125 million VND to build 3 union shelters; the Provincial Federation of Labor and Tho Xuan District supported 186 union members and workers in difficult circumstances with a total amount of 540 million VND.
