Accordingly, the Provincial Youth Union Council at all levels has directed the teams to improve the quality of activities, focusing oneducating the team members on traditions, behavioral culture, life skills, and awareness of law compliance... The teams have carried out many activities to propagate and educate the history and traditions of the nation, the Youth Union, and the Team through activities such as meeting historical witnesses; organizing forums and exchange programs between children and Heroes of the People's Armed Forces, young talents; history competitions; organizing journeys to red addresses; participating in the renovation and preservation of historical, cultural, and revolutionary relics, scenic spots, cemeteries, and martyrs' memorials in the locality... In the 2023-2024 school year, the whole province organized 578 activities attracting more than 65,000 team members and children to participate.

In addition, to create a favorable environment for children to study and practice, the provincial teams also organize activities for team members to practice their awareness through strictly implementing school rules, maintaining discipline during class hours, and being honest in exams; organizing volunteer activities for community life, cultural and artistic playgrounds such as the movements: "Learning goes hand in hand with practice", "Real learning - serious exams", "Good study hours", "Friends progress together" ... to encourage children to build proactive and creative learning methods. Continue to effectively implement the model "Experiential and creative recess time" with many topics such as experiential activities, integration, and integration with other science subjects in the teams to attract a large number of team members and children to participate. Promote the effectiveness and replicate the models of "Academic", "Skills", "Foreign languages, information technology", "Young historians", "Future scientists" clubs ... in the teams; In which the activities focus on orienting and supporting children with knowledge of foreign languages, information technology and social practice skills; guiding children to participate in foreign language training programs and guiding them to access and use the internet to serve their learning and healthy entertainment needs. Up to now, the whole province has 1,278 study groups, 1,396 hobby clubs, 617 skill clubs attracting a large number of team members and children to participate.

The movements "Thousands of good deeds", "Repaying gratitude", "Drinking water, remembering its source", "Small plan", the campaign "Friends' arms", "Helping friends go to school" attracted a large number of children to participate. The whole province organized the awarding of more than 7,000 gifts and scholarships, and 400 cartons of milk to poor children in difficult circumstances, poor children who overcame difficulties to study well with a total value of nearly 3 billion VND, typically the District Youth Union Councils: Hai Hau, Nam Truc, Xuan Truong, Vu Ban, Giao Thuy, Truc Ninh and Nam Dinh city... In the activities of training health, improving life skills for team members, the Youth Union Councils at all levels organized extracurricular activities with the theme "Building beautiful friendships - saying no to school violence", the forum "Building a culture of behavior in schools"... attracting over 250 thousand young team members to participate. In addition, 100% of the teams guide and organize children to participate in folk games, encourage them to learn, preserve and promote traditional art forms of the nation and the locality. Coordinate with units to organize activities to guide children to use safe toys, stay away from harmful games, and use social networks effectively and civilly. 100% of the teams strengthen and develop clubs in schools to enhance education on self-protection skills, skills on gender, reproductive health, prevention of social evils, injuries and school violence, detection and propaganda of harmful effects to prevent drugs, HIV/AIDS... attracting more than 30 thousand team members and children to participate.

Along with activities to create a healthy environment for team members to study, play and develop comprehensively, the Team organization also focuses on implementing the program "Training team members" in 100% of the teams. Teams in the whole province simultaneously organize a festival to "recognize the training title of team members" on May 15 every year with practical activities, such as: Reviewing the tradition of the founding day of the Team; organizing competitions "Good children's stars", "Good star in charge", "I am a star in charge", "Good star" at the team level; organizing team ritual competitions, group singing and dancing competitions, ensemble performances, cultural and artistic competitions, sports competitions... Along with that, the Team Council at all levels has directed the teams to continue to carry out the campaign to build "3 good teams", "3 good teams" in primary and secondary schools. Accordingly, the teams continue to implement the "Preparatory Team Member" program, the "Self-Managed Star" model, and strengthen the coordination between the Team's general leaders and homeroom teachers in advising and proposing to the school's Board of Directors issues related to the direction and organization of Team activities inside and outside the school. Training courses, competitions, and festivals such as "Good Star Leaders", "Pretty Bamboo Shoots", "Good Children's Stars"... are regularly held in the teams, contributing to improving the professional skills and operational skills of the Team's staff. In the 2023-2024 school year, the Provincial Team Council organized training for 452 Team leaders. The training and recruitment of Team members has been of interest to the Teams. Many Teams have organized Team recruitment events at historical and revolutionary sites, creating an impression and arousing pride in children when joining the Team. From 2023 to present, the whole province has recruited 34,420 new team members, of which 45,000 team members have been honored as "Uncle Ho's Good Children".

In the coming time, the Provincial Youth Union Council will focus on taking care of and educating teenagers and children and building a strong Youth Union in a practical and effective manner, contributing to improving the quality of learning, training and comprehensive development; promoting propaganda and education on the tasks of the Youth Union organization regarding the Youth Union work and the children's movement; continuing to improve the quality of the contingent of cadres in charge of the Youth Union at all levels to be sufficient in quantity, good in skills, solid in expertise, in the direction of rejuvenation..., thereby implementing well the motto "Building the Youth Union is building the Youth Union one step ahead".
