"Food Festival - Ca Mau Crab Festival 2025" was held for the first time in Ho Chi Minh City

Within the framework of the activities in the series of events "Hello Ca Mau" in Ho Chi Minh City in 2025, the People's Committee of Ca Mau province and the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City coordinated to organize the "Food Festival - Ca Mau Crab Festival 2025" at the Youth Cultural House (No. 04 Pham Ngoc Thach, Saigon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City), taking place from November 18 to November 22, 2025.

" Food Festival - Ca Mau Crab Festival 2025"   organized with a scale of 100 booths, divided into 04 main spaces including: Product display area of ​​specialties, typical products, OCOP products of the province and display, introduce combined ecological crab farming models, crab seed production models, ...; Crab culinary processing artisan area; Commercial - culinary area and Cultural and artistic exchange area with typical programs of Ca Mau such as: Don ca tai tu, folk songs of the river delta, costume performance, stories of sea and crab professions, folk and modern music .

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Ca Mau province Huynh Chi Nguyen emphasized that this festival not only promotes endemic products such as shrimp, crab of Ca Mau, specialty products, OCOP... but is also an opportunity to introduce to friends and tourists near and far the flavor, culture and innovative spirit of Ca Mau.

During the first 2 days, the event attracted a large number of people and tourists in Ho Chi Minh City to visit, experience and shop. The province's products such as crab, dried shrimp, dried fish, rice, etc. were supported and highly appreciated by people in Ho Chi Minh City.

To meet customers' shopping needs, businesses in the province have increased the amount of goods to serve people and customers in the following days of the event.

The event " Food Festival - Ca Mau Crab Festival 2025" takes place for 4 days, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. from November 18 to November 22, 2025, at the Youth Cultural House (No. 04 Pham Ngoc Thach, Saigon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City).
