On the routes managed by the Central Government, there are 6 locations that are currently congested and flooded on National Highway 1 and Truong Son Dong Road. Currently, the road management agencies and units are arranging staff to guide and direct traffic, and warn traffic participants going through dangerous areas.
As soon as the water recedes, the Vietnam Road Administration will coordinate with local authorities and functional forces to regulate traffic, and continue to monitor weather developments to promptly respond and prevent traffic safety incidents.
On the national highways managed by the locality, there are 13 traffic jams and flooding locations on national highways 4E and 27C. The local construction departments are organizing traffic flow and organizing traffic to ensure safety for vehicles.
Currently, the working group of the Vietnam Road Administration is directly present in the provinces and cities in the South Central region to direct and guide units to mobilize forces, materials and construction equipment to soon open the route and promptly repair damage to road traffic infrastructure.
