On the evening of April 23, in Hanoi, the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union held the closing ceremony and award ceremony of the 17th National Technical Innovation Contest, 2022-2023. Ha Giang province had 1 winning solution in the contest. Attending the closing ceremony and award ceremony were comrade Le Quang Huy, member of the Party Central Committee, member of the National Assembly Standing Committee, Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee on Science and Environment, leaders of the Ministry of Science and Technology , the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations... On the side of Ha Giang province, there were leaders of the Provincial Union of Science Associations and the group of winning authors.

| Overview of the Closing and Award Ceremony of the 17th National Technical Innovation Competition, 2022-2023 |
In 2022-2023, the Organizing Committee of the 17th National Science and Technology Innovation Contest received 584 topics, solutions and initiatives from 53 agencies, organizations, units at the ministerial, central and provincial levels and cities across the country. The Organizing Committee of the National Contest decided to award prizes to 85 of the best solutions and initiatives nationwide, including: 6 First prizes, 12 Second prizes, 24 Third prizes and 43 Consolation prizes. Ha Giang province has 1 solution/initiative that won the Encouragement Prize of the National Science and Technology Innovation Contest, which is the solution/initiative: "Research, design, install, and improve a 3-storey injection vehicle into a disinfectant spray vehicle to serve the prevention and control of COVID-19 and some infectious diseases; contributing to strengthening disease prevention, ensuring health, hygiene and safety for medical staff, patients and the community in Ha Giang province" by the group of authors: Nguyen Cong Thanh - Deputy Head of Medical Equipment and Supplies Department, Ha Giang Provincial Traditional Medicine Hospital, Head of the solution; Doctor CKI. Nguyen Thi Duc - President of the Ha Giang Provincial Oriental Medicine Association, former Director of Ha Giang Traditional Medicine Hospital; Pharmacist 1. Nguyen Ngoc Mai - Pharmacy Department, Ha Giang Traditional Medicine Hospital; Ngoc Thanh Thao - Head of Finance and Accounting Department, Ha Giang Provincial Traditional Medicine Hospital.
