MU's board of directors has just issued a new regulation, prohibiting all employees from posting behind-the-scenes photos or videos on personal social networks. This is an effort to protect internal information and maintain the club's professional standards.
According to The Telegraph , MU leaders believe that the amount of images and videos from inside the Carrington training center appearing on social media recently is too much, including a lot of unlicensed content.
The new rules require strict adherence to the privacy policy by all staff, particularly within the first team and professional football system. The club will soon issue detailed guidance, clearly defining what types of content are allowed to be shared on personal accounts.

Some employees expressed dissatisfaction with this regulation, but many others said it was a necessary step in the era of strong social networking development, helping to protect the image and reputation of the team.
Coach Ruben Amorim is also said to support this move, as he has warned players about social media abuse and encouraged them to distance themselves from negative elements on the internet.
A series of recent changes have been implemented by Sir Jim Ratcliffe's Ineos group, which has taken over the management of MU's football division since February 2024.
Under the leadership of Sir Dave Brailsford, Ineos has taken a number of controversial measures, including cutting 400 jobs and scrapping some employee benefits, such as replacing a £100 Christmas bonus with a £40 gift voucher, and cancelling hotel accommodation for the FA Cup final.
