LG launches series of smart TVs with integrated empathetic AI

LG has just officially launched the 2025 generation of LG AI TVs, which are fully integrated with empathetic artificial intelligence (AI) in the Vietnamese market.

Accordingly, this year's TV product line includes LG OLED evo and OLED with sizes from 48 to 97 inches; LG QNED evo and QNED ranging from 43 to 100 inches.

New Generation of LG AI TVs: Accompanying Users from Turning On to Turning Off

The 2025 generation of LG AI TVs is fully integrated with Affectionate Intelligence. Going beyond a mere entertainment device, the 2025 LG TV accompanies users throughout their experience journey from turning on to turning off the TV thanks to its ability to automatically recognize users, personalize and comprehensively care for each user.

Specifically, with Voice ID, the 2025 generation of LG AI TVs can accurately identify each family member through voice, automatically switch profiles and recommend appropriate content based on habits and preferences. In addition to standard image and sound modes, users can customize according to their own preferences with 1.6 billion image modes and 40 million different sound modes. In addition, LG AI TVs also have intelligent search capabilities through Microsoft Copilot, allowing users to effectively search for information outside of entertainment.

The 2025 generation of LG AI TVs continues to utilize AI Super Upscaling and 4K Upscaling technology to analyze and process each frame, recreating details lost in low resolution, providing a clear, realistic and sharp visual experience. In addition, AI applies deep learning algorithms to recreate pervasive sound effects with 11.1.2 virtual surround sound (on LG OLED evo TVs) and 9.1.2 on other products, bringing a realistic feeling of being immersed in a multidimensional space. AI Sound Pro technology is capable of recognizing different types of content to fine-tune the appropriate sound quality. In particular, the AI ​​Voice Remastering feature on the OLED G5 and M5 product lines helps separate voices from background sounds, enhancing clarity and detail for sound.

Along with the new generation of TVs, the remote control has also been completely redesigned. In addition to its slim and luxurious appearance, the remote control is integrated with a smart AI key. Users only need to give voice commands to activate the AI ​​assistant. From there, it is easy to search for content, ask questions, customize sound and image modes or receive support from AI Chatbot and Microsoft Copilot easily and quickly.

LG's 2025 AI TVs can function as a smart home control center (LG Home Hub). With cross-platform connectivity via LG ThinQ and Google Home, users can manage smart home electronic devices with a single intuitive interface.

LG QNED evo AI TV: Breakthrough colors, vivid experiences

Affirming its presence in the high-end LCD TV segment, in 2025, LG officially introduced the QNED evo 2025 product line with three product lines QNED9M, QNED 92 and QNED 86.

This year, LG officially applied the exclusive Dynamic QNED Color Pro and Dynamic QNED Color solutions to replace quantum dot technology, bringing outstanding depth, clarity and accuracy to the new generation of QNED evo TVs regardless of lighting conditions. The product is also certified by Intertek to achieve 100% color volume, thanks to rich, faithful color reproduction in both bright and dark environments.

LG has also extended the True Wireless technology of its LG OLED M series to the QNED series with the QNED9M. With the Zero Connect Box, the QNED9M can deliver wireless audio and video at up to 144 Hz while still meeting the AMD FreeSync Premium experience criteria. As the demand for ultra-large screens continues to grow, the QNED evo 86 TV size has also been expanded to 100 inches, immersing users in a cinematic entertainment experience.

In addition, this year's QNED TVs include the QNED82, QNED81, QNED80 and QNED70, with a variety of sizes from 43 to 97 inches. The products are upgraded in technology and refined in design, meeting the diverse entertainment needs of users.
