Letting Elliott go not only brings financial benefits but also helps Liverpool streamline the squad, focusing on strategic targets like Isak.

According to Bild , Klopp really wants RB Leipzig to recruit midfielder Harvey Elliott this summer. The 22-year-old midfielder was Klopp's favorite student at Anfield. After an excellent performance at the European U21 tournament in June, when he was named the best player of the tournament, Elliott received a lot of attention from English teams such as Brighton and West Ham.

However, Leipzig and Klopp offer Elliott the chance to test his skills in the Bundesliga. As for Liverpool, "The Kop" are willing to let Elliott leave if they receive around £50 million. This amount will significantly increase Liverpool's transfer budget, allowing them to return with a higher offer for Isak.

If the deal to sell Elliott to Germany is successful, this will be a strategic move to help Liverpool balance their finances in the context of spending heavily on new players such as Florian Wirtz and Hugo Ekitike.

As for RB Leipzig, the German club will also have deep pockets if they complete the sale of Sesko to MU for more than £75 million. As Global Sports Director at Red Bull, Klopp is one of the key players in Leipzig's transfer business this summer.
