QTO - On the morning of August 14, information from the People's Committee of Tuyen Phu commune said that a tornado had just occurred in the area, causing the roofs of 9 houses to be blown off and many hectares of rice and crops to fall.

Accordingly, on the afternoon of August 13, a tornado occurred in Dong Giang village, Tuyen Phu commune, blowing off the roofs of 9 houses with 1,500 tiles, ^30m2 of roof; at the same time causing 5 old trees to fall and 2ha of rice and crops to fall.

Immediately after the incident, leaders of Tuyen Phu commune were present at the scene to visit and encourage the families; at the same time, mobilized forces such as: Police, Military , grassroots security, cadres, civil servants and people to cut trees, prune branches to ensure traffic, and repair the roofs of some damaged families.
