The program is divided into 3 parts: Engrave the oath, Protect the oath and Keep the oath , reenacting through touching historical stories about legendary figures such as People's Armed Forces Hero Phan Van Nho, Tran Quang Khai, martyr Ngo Van Quyen... along with living witnesses and today's young naval generation. Images from Truong Sa archipelago, DK1 platform or outpost islands will bring the audience a realistic and emotional perspective.

One of the special highlights of the program is the grand performance of the song "We Proudly Go Up, Oh Vietnam" with the participation of more than 200 naval soldiers performing right on modern warships. The program also has large-scale scenes, with the participation of submarines, surface ships, naval aircraft... All will show the modern perspectives of the Vietnam People's Navy in the new era. According to the production crew, this is the most labor-intensive scene, requiring close coordination between military units and the program team.

Music is the highlight that connects the emotional flow of the program. The artists participating in the performance include: People's Artist Quang Tho, Hoa Minzy, Pham Thu Ha, OPlus group, Meritorious Artist Phuong Anh, along with the Symphony Orchestra of the Vietnam National Academy of Music and many other artists.
