Captain Nguyen Van Binh, Political Commissar of Company 12, said that the discipline and regularity of the troops is the result of a breakthrough in building the unit's discipline. According to Binh, in the past, there were times when the soldiers' sense of discipline was sometimes limited. The reason was that some cadres were not really exemplary and did not closely monitor, inspect, and guide the troops to overcome their shortcomings. Every month, the Party cell issued a leadership resolution to clearly point out the strengths and weaknesses of each individual and unit, thereby focusing on leadership to overcome the shortcomings, commend outstanding collectives and individuals, and at the same time assigning Party committee members and Party members to closely monitor and inspect the departments and comrades with shortcomings.

Reconnaissance Company 12 has become a typical example of the Brigade's advanced construction and discipline and has been popularized and replicated by the Party Committee and Brigade Command, creating a widespread influence.

The unit strengthens the construction of regular boards and signs, strictly maintains the regime of stationing and guarding troops, and organizes training for soldiers to master weapons and equipment, grasp the regulations on troop management, assigned duties and responsibilities, master techniques and tactics, improve etiquette and manners, greet and address soldiers according to regulations, and maintain strict discipline at all times and in all places.

Colonel Truong Van Lan, Party Secretary, Political Commissar of Armored Brigade 26 affirmed: “We pay special attention to strengthening management measures and maintaining discipline. This is an important solution, a decisive factor in the quality of discipline training and building a regular order. We require the unit's commanding committee to analyze and accurately assess the ideological developments of the troops; from there, take appropriate management and education measures. In particular, it is necessary to carry out management work well, maintain strict discipline through the system of party organizations, command organizations and mass organizations and properly perform the duties and tasks of cadres and soldiers."

In recent times, especially on holidays, holidays, drills, and field trips, the Brigade has focused on thoroughly understanding and strictly implementing regulations on security protection, grasping, managing, and resolving internal political situations; strictly implementing regulations on internet management and use, preventing information leakage; forecasting situations that may lead to disciplinary violations, determining measures to ensure security and safety of activities, building a safe unit associated with building a safe area.

As a unit that has won the title of Determined to Win Unit for many years, Major Nguyen Duc Manh, Political Commissar of the 21st Tank Battalion, said that due to the arduous nature of tank training, we proactively set up zalo groups to connect with soldiers' relatives, promptly agreeing with their families on many measures to manage, educate, and motivate soldiers in a timely manner. In addition, we promote the role of organizations to promote cultural, artistic, and sports activities, creating a healthy and useful playground for officers and soldiers in many diverse forms, such as studying traditions, exchanging, discussing, talking about the topic of preventing and combating disciplinary violations, and contests to learn about the law, which have promptly educated, oriented, and managed soldiers' ideology well at each moment.
