Through inspection, it was found that the commanding actions were loud and clear; the commanding movements were decisive; the movements of the officers directing the shooting, directing the detonation of explosives and throwing grenades were regular and consistent. The actions of the soldiers were skillful in performing the movements, closely coordinated, and strictly obeying the commander's orders.

At the inspection, Senior Lieutenant General Phung Si Tan highly appreciated Brigade 144 for doing a good job of preparing for the inspection of new soldier training points; at the same time, he requested Brigade 144 to continue to deploy new soldier training units to thoroughly grasp and properly apply the inspection instructions and curriculum, closely following the practical situation, ensuring regularity and consistency. Organize strict inspections, on the right subjects, strictly implement safety measures; the inspection process and evaluation of results must be objective, honest, and lessons learned in a timely manner to improve training quality.

At the end of the inspection, the Combat Training Steering Committee of the BTTM held a conference to review the experience of the 3-explosion point inspection for new soldiers of the 144th Brigade in a democratic and constructive spirit; during the conference, all participants agreed with the contents of the field visit to the 3-explosion point inspection.
