My father-in-law is an extremely ambitious person. My mother told me that when he was young, he was just an ordinary technician in a factory. My father's job used to intrigue me greatly. After all, at this age, he should be enjoying his retirement with his children and grandchildren, and shouldn't need to work anymore.

To be honest, I'm a little envious of my father-in-law. With his high pension, he doesn't have to worry about his life and can continue to develop his abilities while freely exploring new things. It's a life everyone dreams of! But I also understand that it's the result of decades of hard work.

But if you think about it carefully, instead of envying other people's sky-high salaries or pensions, consider the value you create for the business and society. Contribution will be rewarded – this saying is relevant at all times. My father-in-law is a prime example.
