According to the announcement before the shooting by the Hue Monuments Conservation Center, the cannon fire would start at 7:15 p.m. However, it actually took place at 7:40 p.m., leaving locals and tourists waiting. Notably, the cannon fire lasted only 8 rounds, lasting about 1 minute.

Viewers thought the cannon fire was short and monotonous, making many people think it was just the first round, followed by a break and then another round. However, they waited forever and no more shots were fired, causing many to exclaim: " Is that it? Is this it? Is that all... ".

In the "announcement and gratitude" of the Hue Monuments Conservation Center, within the framework of community service activities, the cannon fire program at the Flag Tower - Ngo Mon Square in Hue is held every Saturday evening.

On the evening of April 26, the program took place but due to some unexpected technical reasons, the cannon firing part encountered some errors in the preparation stage and the performance time was not really suitable. Therefore, the Hue Monuments Conservation Center sincerely apologizes and hopes to receive sympathy and sharing from the people and tourists.

According to the Hue Monuments Conservation Center, each cannon can only be loaded with 9 rounds. At Ky Dai, there are a total of 8 cannons that can only fire a maximum of 9 rounds. Therefore, the total number of bullets fired in one shot is 72, taking place over a period of 40 seconds.

To better serve and bring a complete experience to our guests, the Hue Monuments Conservation Center announces that the cannon fire re-firing night will take place at 7:15 p.m. on May 3.
