Recently, teen model Nhu Dinh and her family had a trip and took photos in Chongqing, China with the support of Thuan Phong Technology and Tourism Company Limited (Thuan Phong Travel). Knowing that Nhu Dinh is a model, Thuan Phong Travel suggested taking an impressive photo set at the location the group visited in Chongqing. When hearing about the idea, Nhu Dinh and her mother were both excited because it was very suitable for the upcoming Mid-Autumn Festival.

“My family is Vietnamese of Chinese origin. When I heard about the concept of taking photos in Chinese style, I was very excited because Nhu Dinh had never taken a photo shoot like that before. The travel company contacted me in advance and prepared all the costumes, accessories, makeup and photography crew, which made me very reassured,” Nhu Dinh’s mother shared.

Nhu Dinh's photo series was inspired by the image of Koi fish, which is considered by the Chinese as a symbol of beauty and prosperity. In the photo series, Nhu Dinh wears the costumes of Tang Dynasty beauties, reminiscent of the images in the classic work Journey to the West. Being a fan of this movie, Nhu Dinh rewatched some episodes to study the actors' poses for the photo shoot. Although it was her first time doing a fashion photo series abroad, Nhu Dinh still did not feel difficult or unfamiliar because she had previous experience.

Since the entire photo crew was Chinese, Nhu Dinh communicated in Chinese. The 14-year-old teen model can listen and understand Cantonese and Mandarin, and has basic communication skills. The preparation time for the photo shoot lasted more than 2 hours, the most elaborate part being the hairdo. Thanks to her experience in photography, Nhu Dinh only took about 45 minutes to complete the photo shoot.

Besides taking photos, Nhu Dinh and her family also had many beautiful memories when traveling in Chongqing. The teen model was very surprised because when traveling in Chongqing city, she had to climb a lot of stairs, the terrain was mountainous but still very modern.

Nhu Dinh was born in 2010 and is currently a student at an international school in Ho Chi Minh City. The teen model has experience performing for many designers and fashion events both domestically and internationally. In June 2024, Nhu Dinh went to Hong Kong to catwalk for Hong Kong Kids Fashion Week and won the gold medal at the Model World Cup within the framework of the event.
