Miss Grand Vietnam 2025: Contestants spread patriotism in the talent competition

The Grand Voice Award Preliminary Round of Miss Grand Vietnam 2025 took place last night in Ho Chi Minh City. Here, the contestants demonstrated their singing abilities, delivering performances with diverse styles, musical colors and emotions.

As a judge for this competition, singer/runner-up Thu Hien said that in addition to vocals, the selection criteria were that the contestants were confident, performed with all their heart and had control of the stage. Meanwhile, director Hoang Nhat Nam highly appreciated the performances that were choreographed, incorporated creative ideas, and were entertaining.

A representative of the jury said that in the Grand Voice Award competition, many Miss Grand Vietnam 2025 contestants chose to show off their voices through familiar songs about the Fatherland and homeland. The heroic and passionate melodies expressed national pride and spread a strong spirit of patriotism.

Not only did contestant Nguyen Thi Hong demonstrate her singing voice, Dang Thi Dieu Hue also impressed visually with her elaborate and meticulous staging of the scene. As a Vovinam athlete, Nguyen Thi Thanh Ngan chose a song with a heroic historical melody combined with a stunning martial arts performance.

Contestant Pham Yen also touched the hearts of listeners with an emotional mashup to pay tribute to the national heroine Vo Thi Sau. In addition to singing, she also showed off her acting ability, creating a touching performance.

Performances imbued with Vietnamese cultural colors also create highlights, from rustic hometown melodies to modern arrangements based on traditional materials.

The Grand Voice competition is the stage for contestants to showcase their talents and personalities. Each girl brings her own color, affirming her confidence and style.

If Tong Thi Lan Anh performed hot choreography to vibrant music, Do Thi Tuong Vy brought the audience back to nostalgia but no less passionately when performing a classic international hit.

Some contestants had good stage presence. Lily Chen exploded with a medley of three songs, showing off her powerful voice and constantly changing outfits on stage.

If La Ngoc Phuong Anh transformed into a European princess, showing off her sweet voice with a famous movie soundtrack song, then HLô H Senaivi made a difference with a singing performance in Thai.

The judges assessed that the Grand Voice Award performances of many contestants showed careful and meticulous investment, from costume selection, stage design to performance style. Thereby proving their efforts and seriousness with the competition.

At the end of the Preliminary round, the Jury selected 10 contestants to enter the Final round including: Ngo Thai Ngan, Pham Yen, Tran Thi Xuan Dung, Phan Nhu Thuy, Lily Chen, Nguyen Thi Yen Nhi, Do Thi Tuong Vi, Le Tuyet Nhi, La Ngoc Phuong Anh, Nguyen Thi Thu Ngan.

The Grand Voice Award final will take place tonight, August 25, with the participation of Miss Hoang Phuong, Miss Que Anh, Runner-up Ngoc Hang, Runner-up Hellen Hien Vu, singer/songwriter On Vinh Quang, actress/singer Nhat Kim Anh, director Hoang Nhat Nam, Miss Doan Thien An./.
