Catching Quan red-handed, the Drug Crime Investigation Police Team of Hue City Police seized 67 tablets, 6 plastic bags containing white solid crystals and 23 packages of “Orange fruit tea”. Quan confessed that all the tablets and white solid crystals were drugs and the 23 packages of “Orange fruit tea” were “happy water” along with many tools such as small scales and plastic bags used to weigh and divide drugs.

To deceive the authorities, Quan carefully packaged the drugs in a “phone box” and a box with the words “water flosser, dentists use”. At the same time, many tools such as small scales and plastic bags used to weigh and divide the drugs were confiscated.

Next, the Drug Crime Investigation Police Team of Hue City Police also arrested Bui Quang Tan (born 2006), residing in Huong Vinh Ward (Hue City) for possessing 2 tablets and 1 package of white crystal which were drugs.
