A resident of Vinh Thinh commune donated a canoe to Dak Lak province.

Mr. Pham Van Thang in Chanh Chu 2 village, Vinh Thinh commune (Hai Phong) donated a canoe to support people in Dak Lak province to overcome the consequences of floods.

Representatives of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Vinh Thinh commune received Mr. Pham Van Thang's canoe to support people of Dak Lak province to overcome the consequences of floods.

Responding to the call of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hai Phong city and the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Vinh Thinh commune, on the afternoon of November 24, Mr. Pham Van Thang in Chanh Chu 2 village, Vinh Thinh commune donated a canoe to support the functional forces and people of Dak Lak province in rescue, relief, transportation of necessities and helping people in areas isolated by floods.

The boat is worth about 10 million VND and was self-made by Mr. Thang and his colleagues at his family's mechanical workshop in Thang Thuy 2 village.

Previously, in order to share the difficulties and losses of the people in the Central Highlands, Vinh Thinh commune launched the first round of donations to flood victims to local people, organizations and individuals to join hands in donating money and goods. By November 24, the locality had mobilized 127 million VND in time to transfer to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city to transfer to the Central provinces.
