A comprehensive, all-people movement

People's need for cultural enjoyment is enhanced.

Thai Nguyen is not only a land rich in revolutionary traditions, but also a place to preserve and develop a diverse cultural life. In recent years, local cultural and artistic movements have spread strongly, from folk festivals, mass art performances to cultural heritage conservation activities.

In addition, Thai Nguyen focuses on building grassroots cultural life, linking culture with tourism development, creating livelihoods for people. Sustainable values ​​are formed from the joint efforts of the community, government and artisans. This is the foundation for Thai Nguyen to continue to promote its identity, both integrating and preserving the quintessence of national culture. Typically, the activities of poetry, music and folk song clubs of ethnic minorities are maintained, contributing to preserving the beauty of traditional culture.

The effectiveness of the movements has contributed to creating positive changes in the ideology, morality and lifestyle of the people. Traditional cultural values, family ethics and standards of Vietnamese people in the new era have been spread, becoming an important driving force in building Thai Nguyen to be more civilized and modern.

In order for the Movement to truly come to life, residential areas in the province have had many creative ways of propagating and mobilizing people to participate in practical contents such as: "Unite to help each other reduce poverty", "Implement a civilized lifestyle, legal discipline", "Build a cultural environment", "Build a system of cultural institutions", "Build healthy ideology and politics ". Thanks to the content that is suitable to the aspirations of the people, the Movement has received strong response, becoming a voluntary and self-conscious activity of each citizen.

With the spirit of democracy, 100% of residential areas in the province have built and had their village rules and regulations assessed and approved by the authorities, effectively promoting the self-management role of the community. Through the Movement, people have the opportunity to meet, share, and support each other to improve their lives.

Notably, in helping each other develop the family economy, people have regularly shared production experiences, supported each other with interest-free loans, helped each other with seasonal production, contributing to reducing the number of poor households in the province from 20,595 households in 2022 to 6,938 households by the end of 2024.

Economic life is stable, people participating in the Movement have better quality. As a result, in 2024, the whole province has nearly 318,000 households achieving the title of Cultural Family (reaching nearly 96%); 2,178 hamlets and residential groups achieving cultural standards (reaching nearly 99%); 1,118 agencies, units and enterprises achieving cultural standards (reaching 96.4%).

Meanwhile, the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress sets out that by 2025: 90% of families will be cultural, 80% of residential areas will be cultural, 90% of agencies and units will meet cultural standards. With the achieved results, the movement "All people unite to build a cultural life" not only contributes to improving the quality of life, but also creates a solid foundation for Thai Nguyen province to continue to develop sustainably, towards a civilized and modern future.
