Previously, Trang lent Mr. Nguyen Duc T (born in 1983), residing in Hue City, 30 million VND, to be paid in installments of 600,000 VND per day, within 60 days. With the above lending method, from August 2022 to November 2023, Trang lent Mr. T 8 times; many times, she lent up to 100 million VND.

Then, from around April 2023 to November 2023, Trang repeatedly lent money at high interest rates to Ha Van V (born in 1959), residing in Hue City, to gain illegal profits.

Through professional work, on November 29, 2023, the Social Order Crime Investigation Police Team - Hue City Police learned of the case, verified, investigated and clarified. The total amount of money Trang lent to Mr. T and Mr. V was 425 million VND, with an interest rate of 120% to 121.67%/year, illegally profiting nearly 50 million VND.
