These are the wards and communes: Phong My, Phong Xuan (Phong Dien town); Loc An, Loc Dien (Phu Loc); Hong Bac (A Luoi); An Tay, Thuy Xuan, Xuan Phu, An Dong wards (Thuan Hoa district); Thuan Loc (Phu Xuan district); Thuy Thanh, Thuy Luong (Huong Thuy town).

Currently, due to intermittent rain, water is gradually receding on inter-village and inter-commune roads in the localities. As the water recedes, people clean up mud and garbage.

As of this morning, June 12, landslides and landslips have also occurred in some localities. The La Son-Tuy Loan section turning into Khe Tre has a 20m positive slope landslide. Provincial Road 14C, Village 2, Huong Loc has a 10m positive slope landslide. Ho Chi Minh Road (km350), Phu Vinh A Luoi, has a 15m negative slope landslide.

Local authorities in coordination with relevant agencies have erected warning signs at landslide sites to alert people and vehicles participating in traffic.

Due to very heavy rain, high intensity, concentrated in the coastal plains, then moving to the midland and mountainous areas, it has caused flooding for 12,758 hectares of rice and vegetables. Currently, localities are coordinating with the State-owned One Member Co., Ltd. Hue Irrigation Exploitation to proactively operate pumps to drain these flooded areas.

According to the Hue City Hydrometeorological Station, from June 12 to 13, there will be moderate to heavy rain, and some places will have very heavy rain. The total rainfall will be 70-150mm, and some places will have over 200mm. The rain will mainly be concentrated on the day and night of June 12. From June 14, the rain will decrease rapidly and end.

As of this morning, landslides and mudslides also occurred in some localities.

Due to the influence of the western edge of storm No. 1's circulation, on land on June 12-13, in Hue City, there will continue to be moderate rain, heavy rain, and in some places very heavy rain and scattered thunderstorms; during thunderstorms, be on guard against tornadoes, lightning and strong gusts of wind.

The sea and offshore areas of the city have heavy thunderstorms; during thunderstorms, beware of tornadoes and strong gusts of wind. The wind gradually increases to level 6-7, rough seas, waves 1.5-2.5m high; near the storm center, level 8-9, gusts level 10-12, rough seas, waves 3.0-5.0m high.

All vessels operating in the city's waters and offshore waters are at high risk of being affected by thunderstorms, strong winds, and large waves, which can cause damage or sinking.
