As a result, he has bought quality household appliances from famous brands such as Lock&Lock, Philips, Green Cook... but at prices 20-40% cheaper than the listed price.

In addition, many consumers often choose to accumulate vouchers and discount codes on e-commerce platforms to buy genuine household goods at cheap prices. Ms. Tran Thi Ly Na, in Chanh Lo ward (Quang Ngai city) said that at first, when I first started shopping on the online "market", I just went to the application to choose and pay, I didn't know how to apply discount codes and vouchers, so I still had to buy goods at the listed price. But now, Ms. Na knows how to collect vouchers and apply many vouchers at the same time to be able to buy high-quality goods at low prices. "Almost all online "markets" have their own codes for each time, I just need to regularly visit and save the codes. I often save discount codes to buy genuine household goods with high value. On October 10, I saved nearly 2 million VND when I bought a high-frequency rice cooker of the Cuckoo brand," Ms. Na said.
Currently, on e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Tiki... there are stores opened by genuine home appliance brands. “In the past, I was hesitant to buy home appliances online at intermediary stores because I was afraid of buying fake or poor quality goods. But now, I just need to find and buy at genuine stores that have been verified by the e-commerce platform, so I feel more secure when shopping than before. Not only that, these items still have genuine warranties and the designs are more diverse than at home appliance stores,” said Mr. Nguyen Le Phuong.
Online shopping for genuine household items has become a trend chosen by many consumers because of its convenience and many incentives. Not only that, online shopping methods have also changed a lot to meet the increasing needs of customers.

Not having much time to go shopping or surf the internet to read product information, Ms. Le Quynh Thu, in Nghia Thang commune (Tu Nghia) chooses to watch live chat sessions (livestream) on e-commerce platforms to buy necessary items for her family. “I often watch livestreams on e-commerce platforms at the beginning of the month, in the middle of the month or on special days like September 9, October 10 to buy the items I like. Watching livestreams, the products are introduced in detail, if you are quick, you can also buy the products at a preferential price. If you have any questions about the product, just ask the question right in the chat session and the seller will answer directly. I find this form very convenient and fun,” Ms. Thu said.
The trend of online shopping combined with entertainment is currently booming and is loved by many consumers. Accordingly, customers not only buy goods in a simple way but can also directly interact with the service provider. On e-commerce platforms, users can play games, watch livestreams, interact with celebrities, hunt for deals, and add items to the cart at the same time. In each live broadcast, sellers often incorporate some entertainment activities. For example, customers answer questions, interact with sellers, and customers will receive discounts...
It can be seen that in the context of strong digital transformation, the increasingly improved quality of the internet has created a foundation for the development of e-commerce in the province in particular and in Vietnam in general.
