On September 21 and 22, the amount of rain decreased, and flood water on Ngan Pho River (Huong Son District) and Ngan Sau River (Huong Khe District) receded. From the night of September 21 to the morning of September 23, moderate and heavy rain continued to fall in Huong Son and Huong Khe districts, causing water levels in rivers to rise again, flooding bridges and some roads. In Nghe An, complicated floods have occurred in recent days, so many localities in this province have proactively announced that students will be off school to ensure safety.
