In the management position, TopCV said, the average salary for a technology director is from 62 to 140 million VND/month. This is the position with the highest salary in this industry group. 38 to 65 million VND/month is the salary offered for the position of IT manager.

The report results show that more than 50% of businesses participating in the survey said that recruitment needs will increase in 2023. In particular, the common increase recorded is between 10% and less than 30%, with more than half of businesses participating in the survey choosing.
