Leaders of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province visited and congratulated on Buddha's Birthday

Comrade Vu Thanh Van, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, presented flowers to congratulate Most Venerable Elder Thich Thanh Duc, Deputy Supreme Patriarch of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha.

The delegation visited and congratulated Most Venerable Thich Thanh Duc, Deputy Supreme Patriarch of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha (VBS), Witness of the Provincial Executive Committee of the VBS, Most Venerable Thich Thanh Hoa, Member of the Central Executive Council of the VBS, Head of the Provincial Executive Committee of the VBS, and monks and nuns in the province.

Presenting flowers to congratulate the dignitaries, the Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee emphasized the significance of the 2025 United Nations Vesak Festival and the 2569th Buddha's Birthday; at the same time, he sent wishes of health and happiness to the Venerables, monks and nuns and all Buddhists in the province. He acknowledged and sincerely thanked the practical contributions of the dignitaries, monks and nuns and Buddhists in the past time. Typical activities include mobilizing to build cultural life in residential areas; participating in charity work, protecting the environment; supporting poor households, the disadvantaged, and orphans; coordinating in the work of preventing and combating natural disasters and epidemics; contributing to building the great national unity bloc, contributing to the sustainable development of the province.

He expressed his hope that in the coming time, the Venerable Elder, with his prestige and virtue, together with the dignitaries of the Provincial Buddhist Sangha, will continue to promote the spirit of great national unity; propagate and mobilize monks, nuns, Buddhists and people to well implement the Party's guidelines and policies and laws of the State; unify will and action, effectively implement the motto "Buddhism - Nation - Socialism"; accompany the Party Committees, authorities and Fatherland Front at all levels to successfully carry out political tasks, especially the tasks of arranging and merging administrative units, streamlining the apparatus, reforming administration, and building an increasingly civilized and prosperous homeland.

Most Venerable Elder Thich Thanh Duc and dignitaries of the Provincial Buddhist Sangha Executive Committee respectfully thanked the delegation for their attention, and affirmed that the provincial Buddhist Sangha will continue to accompany, unite, and proactively coordinate with the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels in carrying out Buddhist activities, contributing to bringing peace and happiness to the people.
