No Va Real Estate Investment Group Corporation ( Novaland - stock code: NVL) has just announced information about major shareholders registering to sell a large amount of shares to support financial restructuring for the enterprise.
Specifically, NovaGroup Joint Stock Company, the largest shareholder of Novaland, registered to sell 3.93 million NVL shares in the period from May 16 to June 13 by order matching and/or negotiation. If the transaction is successful, NovaGroup's ownership ratio will decrease from 17.373% to 17.171%.
At the same time, major shareholder Diamond Properties also registered to sell 3.23 million NVL shares. After the transaction, this company will still own nearly 165.43 million shares, equivalent to 8.483% of capital at Novaland.
The move by the two major shareholders is said to be aimed at realizing the commitment to provide financial support to Novaland, helping the company ensure debt payment due and maintain stable operations.
In addition, three individuals in the internal shareholder group, including Mr. Bui Cao Nhat Quan, Ms. Bui Cao Ngoc Quynh and Ms. Cao Thi Ngoc Suong, also registered to sell a total of 11.58 million NVL shares for personal reasons, thereby bringing the ownership ratio of this group to 6.818%.

Notably, major shareholders and internal shareholders simultaneously sold while NVL shares were showing signs of recovery. This stock has increased by more than 60% in just a short time.
Regarding the financial situation, Novaland said that the roadmap for handling loans and bond debt will be accelerated from the end of 2026 to 2027. As for domestic loans, most of them have been successfully restructured, with the repayment period extended. The Group has also been granted an additional credit limit of nearly VND 18,200 billion to serve the continued implementation, construction and handover of projects.
Regarding business operations, Novaland aims to hand over 1,546 products in 2025, and carry out procedures to grant pink books for more than 7,000 products in the year. Some key projects such as The Grand Manhattan and Victoria Village (high-rise subdivision) are being accelerated, expected to be handed over from the end of 2025 or early 2026.
