Nam Dinh plans to spend 1,500 billion VND to build a new Le Hong Phong High School for the Gifted.

Nam Dinh Provincial People's Committee announced the preparation of a report proposing investment policy for the project to build a new Le Hong Phong High School for the Gifted.

Nam Dinh Provincial People's Committee agreed and assigned the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board to prepare a report proposing the investment policy for the project to build a new Le Hong Phong High School for the Gifted.

Accordingly, Nam Dinh province will build a new Le Hong Phong High School for the Gifted with a capacity of about 2,000 students.

The total investment is expected to be about 1,500 billion VND from the provincial budget and other legal sources. The construction site is in Nam Dinh city.

The project will be implemented in the period 2025 - 2030, in which the preparation phase will be from 2025 to 2026; construction is expected to start in the period 2026 - 2027 and be completed in 2029.

The investor is the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board, responsible for implementing the direction of the Provincial Party Standing Committee in Notice No. 1530; receiving opinions from relevant departments and branches to organize the preparation, submission for appraisal and approval of the project investment proposal report to ensure compliance with legal regulations.

During the project implementation process, the investor must ensure that the records and documents are complete, strict, and in compliance with legal regulations; speed up the project implementation progress according to regulations. If there is a change in the investor, it must ensure that the project continues to be implemented on schedule and with quality, without loss, waste, or negativity.

Nam Dinh Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Finance to preside over and coordinate with relevant departments, branches and units to guide investors in performing related tasks and procedures.
