The first World Tourism Mister will be hosted by Vietnam, scheduled to take place from February 12 to February 20, 2025 with the theme of Promoting Vietnamese tourism to the world .

This is a big playground for men, held annually in the Philippines. Vietnam had 4 contestants participating: Pham Xuan Hien (2016) and Tran Manh Kien (2017) did not achieve high results; Phung Phuoc Thinh (2022) won 5th runner-up; Nguyen Quoc Tri (2023) won 3rd runner-up.

This year, model Vo Minh Thoai was chosen by the copyright holder to compete. He was born in 1993, 1.86m tall, from Vinh Long , and is said to have a bright face and a bright smile.

Mister Tourism World 2025 is expected to attract nearly 40 male representatives from countries and regions around the world. Candidates will not only compete in professional competitions such as Mister Sport, Mister Talent, National Costume, Top Model (showcasing Vietnamese Ao Dai and veston), but will also participate in unique tourism promotion activities in localities.

In particular, the final round is designed as a journey to explore the culture and landscapes in Vietnam. Contestants will visit prominent destinations in Ho Chi Minh City and Dong Nai before moving to Ninh Thuan - where the final round will take place.

The contest chairman said that Mister Tourism World 2025 is not only a beauty contest for men but also a tourism promotion event.

"This is an opportunity for Vietnam to showcase its image as a country rich in cultural identity, friendly people and unique natural landscapes. In particular, we expect Ninh Thuan - with Vinh Hy Bay and its unique landscapes - to become the focus of international attention," he said.

The contest focuses on promoting the cultural and tourism values ​​of Vietnam. Within the framework of the contest, there are many activities such as: Visiting and promoting Bau Truc pottery village, Cham village in Ninh Thuan; Picking up trash, protecting the environment in Vinh Hy bay; Awarding scholarships to disadvantaged students...

The final night is scheduled to take place on the evening of February 18, 2025 at Vinh Hy Bay (Ninh Thuan). The contest will select the top 6 finalists, award the titles of king and runner-up.
