In April, Nam Sach district had 12 files rejected for processing at the 2-level "one-stop" department for supplementing, examining, and verifying in the fields of land and meritorious people. The other 9 files were temporarily suspended for processing, all in the field of meritorious people at the commune level.

The People's Committee of Nam Sach district requested heads of specialized departments and Chairmen of People's Committees of communes and towns to direct officials to receive, process and return administrative results, speed up the process of processing records before and on time; limit the suspension of processing and returning of administrative procedure records.

Heads of specialized departments under the District People's Committee, the People's Committees of communes and towns must be responsible to the Chairman of the District People's Committee and the Chairman of the People's Committees of communes and towns for handling slow and late procedures and records.

The reason for the rejection and suspension of the application is that some applications received by the meritorious people have not signed the attached scanned application, and some communes have signed incorrectly. The branch of the Land Registration Office has a low rate of online payment.
