Improve the efficiency of production and business activities of cooperatives

Conference overview.

At the conference, delegates were informed by representatives of the provincial Cooperative Union's leaders about topics on insurance policies such as social insurance, health insurance; instructions on consolidating and organizing cooperatives according to the 2023 Cooperative Law; making production and business plans, amending charters according to regulations; State support policies on cooperative development; the role of the collective economic steering committee in the formation and development of cooperatives and cooperative groups...

Vice Chairman of the Provincial Cooperative Union Le Hong Hai presented topics on strengthening and organizing cooperatives according to the 2023 Cooperative Law; developing production and business plans, and amending charters according to regulations.

Through the training course, the trainees are equipped with knowledge, raised awareness, mastered new regulations and policies on support, incentives, and encouragement for the development of collective economy, cooperatives, and methods of propaganda and mobilization for the establishment of cooperatives; better understanding of effective collective economic models, linkage models in production and product consumption. At the same time, helping officials, leaders of state management of collective economy and cooperatives have full and timely information on the Law on Cooperatives 2023 as well as other policies related to the development of collective economy and cooperatives. Thereby, encouraging people with sufficient conditions to actively establish cooperatives, participate in cooperative membership as well as improve understanding and awareness of the Law on Cooperatives 2023 in particular and the policies and guidelines of the Party and the State on the field of collective economy and cooperatives in general, contributing to further improving the effectiveness of collective economy and cooperative development in the province.
