During 3 days (from May 19 to 21), prosecutors, inspectors, and prosecutorial officers of the Military Procuracy throughout the army were trained in 7 topics, including: Some skills in practicing the right to prosecute, supervise the settlement of cases during the stages of initiating, investigating, and prosecuting cases involving subjects using high technology when committing and concealing crimes; improving the effectiveness of detecting, combating, handling, and preventing violations of crimes infringing upon judicial activities, crimes related to corruption and positions occurring in judicial activities under the jurisdiction of the Central Military Procuracy's investigation agency; current situation and solutions to improve the quality of civil judgment enforcement supervision work for the Military Procuracy; some litigation situations that often occur in criminal trials, handling methods and limitations of prosecutors of the Military Procuracy at all levels; Application of artificial intelligence in professional activities and instructions on using the "Virtual Assistant of the Procuracy" system; some litigation situations that often occur at criminal first-instance trials, handling methods and limitations of prosecutors of the Military Procuracy at all levels; the current status of training, fostering and using the staff of the Military Procuracy and some solutions.

Speaking at the conference, Senior Lieutenant General Vo Minh Luong praised the efforts of officers, prosecutors, and investigators of the Military Procuracy at all levels in carrying out the task of fighting against all types of crimes, contributing to maintaining strict discipline in the Army. According to the Deputy Minister of National Defense , the training topics this time are very necessary. This is the basis for the Military Procuracy in the whole army to learn from experience and effectively carry out the functions and tasks of their units in the coming time.

Senior Lieutenant General Vo Minh Luong requested that the Military Procuracy at all levels focus on thoroughly grasping and effectively implementing the tasks of judicial reform according to the resolutions, directives and conclusions of the Party and the Central Military Commission, improving the effectiveness of the exercise of the right to prosecute and supervise the military; effectively combat and resolve complicated cases, especially cases of corruption, large waste of public assets, security, drugs and high-tech crimes; try and execute the right person, the right crime, not allowing injustice; focus on clarifying the causes and conditions for committing crimes; continue to build a team of cadres, prosecutors and investigators with courage, capacity and high professional qualifications.

"Units should promote research and study to raise awareness and responsibility for digital transformation, research solutions to build electronic databases to serve effective exploitation and application in military prosecution work. Focus on reviewing and perfecting the organization and staffing of the Military Procuracy in the direction of streamlining, effective and efficient operations; proactively coordinate with relevant units to prepare necessary conditions to serve the operations of the two newly established Military Procuracy levels of Corps 12 and Corps 34. This is an important task that needs to be urgently organized and implemented, ensuring that new units perform their tasks with quality and efficiency immediately after coming into operation," the Deputy Minister of National Defense emphasized.
