The Hanoi Children's Palace construction project will be built in the CV1 park and lake area, located on the border of Cau Giay and Nam Tu Liem districts (Hanoi) from 2021 and is expected to be completed in 2024.
This is one of the key projects of Hanoi in the period 2020-2025.
The project includes public items such as: 800-seat theater; 200-seat cinema; 500-seat gymnasium; 10-lane swimming pool; classrooms and library; astronomical tower... Built with a construction area of over 10,000m2 out of a total of 40,000m2 of the entire project land of the regulating lake park.
The Children's Palace has a total investment of 1,376 billion VND, invested by the Hanoi City Management Board of Social and Cultural Construction Investment Projects.
Area A includes a complex of theaters, cinemas, and art clubs, where cultural and spiritual activities will take place. Meanwhile, area B has 3 functional blocks linked together: office, sports , and learning areas including a gymnasium, swimming pool, administrative building, library, and astronomical tower...
It is noted that the project has entered the completion stage after more than 2 years of construction.
Once completed, the project is expected to become a major cultural, sports and political center for youth in Hanoi.
The Children's Palace is expected to be a place to meet the needs of entertainment, sports competitions, physical training, cultural and artistic exchange of children in the capital, creating an environment to develop future talents of the city.
